First Snow of the year

The first measurable snowfall of the season took place early yesterday morning (October 16th). While accumulations were very light, rime ice produced from freezing fog is adding to the appearance of a snow-dusted Mount Washington. PC: Mount Washington Observatory

    I thought I saw snow on Washington this morning from my dining room window, but then I thought it might be a cloud. Right now at 5:16 I see only wild clouds around the top.
