Our Friday 12/15/25 hike up Hawk Mt is Cancelled
After watching the weather forecast for Friday, December 19th, we have rapidly reached a consensus to cancel this week’s hike.
Jeff has proposed a revised hike schedule as follows:
December 19 – Cancelled
December 26 – No hike
January 2 – New Year’s Celebration on Peary Mountain
January 9 – Mt Willard
January 16 – Hawk Mt
We still need to solicit suggestions for hikes through the end of March. We can do that online through the webpage and on January 2 on Peary. Well that was Jeff’s suggestion of what to say, but as I typed that sentence, I realize that I have no idea how to instruct you to contribute hike suggestions on the webpage. Instead, if you have hikes you would like to nominate for our Spring 2026 schedule, email them to Jacob or Jeff.
