Greeley Ponds Hike Report November 7, 2025

Denmark hikers, 13 strong, had a very pleasant hike to both Greeley Ponds today. Though we all carried micro spikes, they weren’t needed. Gordon told us about a cross country trail that runs next to and crossed our path a few times.
We almost lost Carol to hike the Osceola’s which she needs for her 4ks but she decided to stay with us! We had a pleasant lunch at the end of the second pond at 2.63 miles and about 500 elevation. We did have a few water crossings, one of which was a bit tricky.
Hiking with us today were: Jeff, Dale, Kitty, Greg M, Greg D, Sheldon, Robin, Susan, Barbara, Gordon, Carol S, Steve Kelly and Polly.
