So far the weather looks like it will be acceptable. Our new protocol seems to be for us to check the weather forecast carefully on Thursday and if it looks like trouble decide on whether we will hike or not. If the consensus is to skip hiking we will send out a email post and also alter the website to say the hike is cancelled. But so far, things look good for this week, though not spectacular.
